Orders
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka orders arrive in 1–2 days (৳70), outside Dhaka in 2–4 days (৳130). Orders over ৳1,500 ship free.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery is available everywhere. bKash and card payments are coming soon.
Can I return an opened bag?
Yes. If your pet refuses a recipe within 30 days, contact us and we'll refund or swap it — even if the bag is open.
Food
How do I switch my pet to a new food?
Transition over 7 days, gradually mixing more new food into the old. See our blog post “Switching food without tummy trouble” for the full plan.
Are your recipes vet approved?
Every recipe is formulated by a veterinary nutritionist and is complete and balanced for its life stage.
Where is the food made?
In small batches at partner kitchens that follow human-food safety standards. Each batch is tested before it ships.
Subscriptions
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose subscribe on any product to save 10% on every delivery. We'll remind you before each order, and you can skip, pause or cancel anytime.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes — every 2, 4 or 6 weeks. Message us or update it from your account.
